We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties such as our banking partners.
- Account details such as name, email, phone number and role (manager, landlord or tenant).
- Property and lease information entered by property managers.
- Payment details needed to collect or disburse funds.
- Communications you send to our support and sales teams.
- Device and usage data, including IP address, browser type and pages viewed.

- Process payments and disburse landlord payouts.

5. SMS & text messaging
If you provide a mobile number and enable text messaging, we send transactional SMS only: two-factor authentication codes, account verification codes, password reset codes and account setup invitations. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
We do not share or sell mobile numbers, or consent to receive SMS, to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are disclosed only to the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf.
Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity, such as how often you sign in or request a verification code. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out stops all text messages from Meadow, including security codes — you can continue to receive these by email instead.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Payment data
Payment instruments are handled through regulated banking and payment partners.
Meadow does not store raw card numbers. Sensitive data is tokenized.
