For Tenants

Open the Meadow app or the web portal, choose your unit, select a payment method — bank transfer (ACH), PayPal, Venmo or card — and confirm. You'll receive a receipt instantly and the payment appears in your history.
Go to AutoPay in the app, pick a saved payment method and the day of the month you'd like rent collected, then switch it on. Meadow handles the rest each period and notifies you before every charge.
You can pay by bank transfer (ACH), PayPal, Venmo, or debit/credit card. Bank transfer is the lowest-cost option; cards are handy for a one-off month or as an AutoPay backup.
A payment can fail due to insufficient funds or an expired method. Open the payment in your history to see the reason, update or switch your method, and retry. If a late fee applies, it will be itemized clearly. Reach out to support any time for help.
Every payment is stored under Payments in the app, each with a downloadable receipt. You can filter by date and export records whenever you need proof of payment.
No. The app makes AutoPay and receipts convenient, but you can also pay and view history from the web portal on any device using the login your property manager provides.

For Landlords

Once rent is collected and cleared, Meadow disburses your share to your linked bank account on the payout schedule set by your property manager. Each payout includes an itemized statement.
Log in to the landlord portal to see monthly statements with collections, fees and payouts broken out per unit. Statements are downloadable as PDF for your records or accountant.
No app required. The landlord portal runs entirely in your browser on desktop or mobile — just sign in to check collections and payouts.
Yes. The portal consolidates every property you own into one dashboard, and you can filter statements and payout history by property or period.
Condo and HOA dues are collected on the same rails as rent and reported separately, so your statements always show exactly what was collected and for what.

General
