1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Meadow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use following any changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Verification
Meadow may require verification of identity or business ownership to maintain platform integrity and comply with regulatory requirements.
3. The services
Meadow provides software that enables the collection of rent and condo fees and the disbursement of funds to landlords. We may add, change or remove features over time. We are a financial technology company, not a bank; banking services are provided by our partners.
4. Payments & payouts
All payouts are processed via our secure banking partners. Payout schedules vary by region and account level, and you are responsible for accurate bank details.
5. Fees
Platform fees are transparently displayed before any transaction. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually and are exclusive of taxes.
6. Text messaging
By providing a mobile number and enabling text messaging, you consent to receive transactional SMS from Meadow: two-factor authentication codes, account verification codes, password reset codes and account setup invitations. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out stops all Meadow text messages, including security codes; these remain available by email. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 7. Acceptable use
Users are prohibited from using the service for any illegal activities, spamming, or attempting to compromise the security of our infrastructure. Immediate suspension will follow any breach of this section.
8. Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality provided through Meadow are the exclusive property of Meadowpay LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the platform for its intended business purposes.
9. Third-party services
We may integrate with third-party services, including banking and payment partners. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external platforms.
10. Disclaimers
Notice to all usersThe service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
11. Limitation of liability
In no event shall Meadowpay LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
11. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Meadow reserves the right to terminate access for violation of terms or non-payment.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
